Holiday Planning 101. This will seriously help cut back on those
frantic, stressful, last minute panic attacks where you realize
you forgot something crucial, i.e., making flight reservations to
visit Mom over Thanksgiving or sending flowers to Aunt Edna for
Christmas. To minimize your holiday heart pangs, follow Santa’s
simple advice: make a list and check it twice. Organize all those
random thoughts onto a piece of paper—perhaps even create
a holiday binder. Inside the binder organize your priorities within
each section.
Index into categories such as:
- decorating ideas
- gift & wish lists; calendar w/ parties, events, RSVPs
- menus & shopping lists; holiday card mailing list
- travel itineraries; etc.
The beauty of the binder is that you can pull it out next year
and have a jump start on the 2010 holiday season!
